No More Room in Hell 2, the highly anticipated survival game, has just received a release date and a gameplay trailer. Announced during the Summer Game Fest 2024 event, the game developed by Torn Banner Studios promises to bring a cooperative multiplayer experience for up to 8 players. Players will have to fight against hordes of zombies in a post-apocalyptic world, both individually and as a group.
No More Room in Hell 2 will be released in early access for PC on the digital stores Steam and Epic Games Store on Halloween 2024, October 31. The initial version will feature a map called “Power Plant,” set in a rural power plant in Pennsylvania, United States. Players will start separated and will have to find their fellow survivors to increase their chances of survival. The game also features a proximity voice chat system, allowing communication between players when they are close to each other.
During the game, players will be able to venture out in search of resources to upgrade their equipment, such as assault rifles and explosives. However, caution is necessary, as wrong decisions can lead to the loss of all progress. No More Room in Hell 2 adopts a permanent death system, which increases tension and makes choices have significant consequences.
Furthermore, the game has undergone visual improvements with the use of the Unreal Engine 5, resulting in more realistic and detailed graphics. This change has also allowed for the addition of numerous hordes of zombies on screen, further increasing the challenge for players.
Torn Banner Studios plans to keep the game in early access for about a year, during which new features and updates will be regularly added. Interested players will be able to purchase the game on both Steam and the Epic Games Store. With the release date set for Halloween 2024, survival game enthusiasts will have a new adventure to celebrate this emblematic date.
