Uber Pro has four categories: Blue, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each category grants access to advantages offered by Uber and partner companies. To reach the higher levels of the program, drivers must have a good rating on the app, a maximum cancellation rate of 10%, and a minimum acceptance rate of 60%.
Drivers earn one point per trip and an additional point for rides during peak points hours, determined by Uber. The number of points required to reach each category may vary depending on the participating city. The program lasts for three months, and the point count resets at the end of each cycle.
Drivers can track their progress in the program through the Uber Driver app. The “Uber Pro” section provides detailed information about their score, current category, and acceptance and cancellation rates. Additionally, the app also shows the remaining points needed to level up.
The partnership between TotalPass and Uber offers benefits focused on the health and well-being of drivers. Drivers can receive discounts on gym memberships offered by TotalPass, with the option to extend these benefits to up to two dependents chosen by the driver. TotalPass has more than 2,000 partner gyms across the country, including networks such as Smarfit and Marrafit.
The prices of TotalPass gym memberships vary depending on the driver’s category in Uber Pro. For Blue category drivers, the monthly fee is R$ 99. For Gold, Platinum, and Diamond category drivers, the fee is R$ 70. The accumulated points influence the discount received.
